They all contributed in their own way though. A team win and they showed great resolve in repelling Seton Halls constantly nipping at their heels. The better team won today. If only Essie could be healthy at our best we can give UConn a run for their money

I had a TSB flashback... she had a hesitation in her free throw delivery that induced many lane violations by our opponents. (However, since she always did this, her own teammates rarely fell for it.)

Those were my same exact thoughts!
 
At one of the last time outs the camera picked up Essie instructing Shrita, somewhat passionately. I would imagine that Essie and Alexa asserted their senior leadership from the bench!

I really think that Alexa's return next year is very important to this team. Let's all hope that the NCAA grants this to her. Her leadership and play will be a welcome thing.

Alexis :-) And yes, I hope that she is granted a hardship year.
