Okay, here we go! Dylan Shawver out to kick off this huge dual, as he takes on 6 - 5 Spencer Moore

Really important for Rutgers to get out to a hot start. Shawver could get bonus points here, and it would be a huge if he did.

Moore scores a takedown on the edge. Moore up 2-0 with :30 left in the first

Shawver escapes, but gets hit for stalling as he backs out of bounds. Period ends on the feet, with Moore leading 2 - 1

Shawever going on bottom to start the second

Shawver escapes to make it 4-3. Moore now hit for a stall on the edge. Period ends on the feet, with Moore leading 4-3. Moore has just over a minute of RT.

Moore chooses neutral to start the third

Shawver manages to scramble to a takedown of his own on the edge of the mat. They go out of bounds at the 1:15 mark. Shawever leading 5-4

Got some free wrestling here. Sudden victory for Shawver and Moore, with both wrestlers having one stall warning

Shawver gets the match winning takedown on the edge to defeat Moore 7-5.

Rutgers takes a 3-0 lead

Alvarez rides out the period, and accumulates 1:40 of RT. Alvarez keeps a 2-0 lead.

Heilmann chooses defense to start the second

Period ends on the feet, with Alvarez leading 2-1 and holding 3:20 of RT.

He chooses defense to start the third

Alvarez with a takedown and a Heilmann escape to make it a 6-2 victory for Alvarez.

Sebastian Rivera then receives a forfeit at 141-lbs This is a real bummer...

Rutgers goes up 12-0 heading into 149, where Mike Van Brill takes on Mason Phillips

Pathetic move by Scott/Ramos and UNC.

Clarke was healthy enough to wrestle an hour ago. Coaches like this are ruining the sport.

Mike Van Brill with a takedown, and Phillips calls injury time right away. Looks like a leg injury

Any chance in the presser you can ask Goodale his take on the sport heading in this ridiculous direction of forfeits and ducking? I know he’ll have to bite his tongue a bit but he can also be pretty open and honest

Phillips will continue, and that gives MVB choice on the restart.

Van Brill chooses down, holding a 2-0 lead with 2:22 left in the first
