Even after this long slump, on base average is over 400. Good sign.Judge 4 walks and a single against win over Baltimore today.
I don't think he will. Too much inconsistency/health issues to give a larger contract. If he does opt out, I think the Yanks let him walk.Tanaka cost us this one.
Anyone think he opts out at the end of this season ?
Nice job by CC. Good game last night, 2 HRs for Judge, 1 for Sanchez, 1 for RU Frazier, and the other Frazier had a few good swings. Yanks roll. Not sure if anyone saw this the other week, but apparently CC bought the entire team Todd Frazier apparel to wear on their flight
And started a gesture when he hits a home run, mocking a rays fan from citifield:

Even though he hasn't been tearing the cover off the ball, seems like he's been a great locker room guy and the type of veteran presence needed if the yankees want to make a deep playoff run.
Severino reached out to Pedro Martinez last offseason for help. Whatever he did, it worked wonders. The guy has established himself as a true ace this season.
The future is bright! Its been a great year and a fun team to watch.
Don't quit your day job.Chris Sale joins Randy Johnson, Pedro Martinez, Clayton Kershaw, and Aaron Judge as the only
players since 2000 with 300+ strikeouts in a single season. :)
Probably should just let him have his fun. It's been a tough year, um decade, err 30 years for him.Don't quit your day job.
True. But despite that, I don't think the Twins are gonna overlook that game. It's a shame this season is gunna come down to one game against an inferior team.

Yup, your the 1st Wild Card team that has happened to.:joy:It's a shame this season is gunna come down to one game against an inferior team.
Oops, nevermind, now #50.....all-time rookie record.Yanks clinch a playoff spot, Judge hits #49 and ties the all-time HR record for rookies. Go Yanks!
Anything can happen in 1 game. However, I would trust Severino to out pitch any SP on the Twins right now.But can they beat the Twins?
