Insane the we now only have McCann, Lindor and Smith from our starting 8...and still in first and increased our lead...
Watching this team play is like watching the Cards or Astros from the 80's. Pitching, Defense and Speed. Its ironic that Alderson builds his teams to win on home runs and strikeouts, with little regard to speed and defense and the team s winning the exact opposite way than to how he built it. Fargas and Lee and kind of fun to watch.

Rojas said he wanted length out of Luchessi. The one-time Luchessi is pitching well, Rojas takes him out. Another example of overworking the bullpen. Rojas is so much by the book it's scary.
Foley wasn’t given enough time to warm up ??? Rojas caught off guard by Luchessi asking out ??
And of course as any of us were ready to dump Luchessi, he pitches this game. Now, I hope there is nothing wrong with him
I heard Luchessi caught Rojas disease. When you start playing well, Rojas takes you out. Time to go back to stinking, and you might have a longer leash.
We traded $1 to get Maybin. Sad to say Cubs got the better part of the deal.
Fargas looks like Willie McGee out there. I love how he plays center field. I hope he can stick.
Weak arm though. If he does stick, it would be at Almora's expense.
In my opinion he is a better defender and faster than Almora. Almora has a better bat but when the team gets healthy they should have plenty of offense then.
It’s scary when Almora has a better bat than anyone.
JD Davis homered tonight for Syracuse. Expect him in NY on Monday, playing 1B, with Smith playing LF and Maybin playing DFA. First step on the long road back to normalcy.
With Alonso out now, a part of me wishes they had him in the OF during his minor league rehab so we could have moved Dom to 1B until Pete gets back.
Davis back in the lineup will do wonders for this team.
Man, when you get traded for $1 in cash considerations, and you go out and play like you're less than a dollar in value, you know it is time to hang 'em up.
