Wisconsin CB commit Ke'Shan Pennamon possibly to Rutgers?

Perhaps Wisconsin was waiting on Pennamon's Fall semester grades which probably weren't posted till a few days before Christmas... and Wisconsin probably did not receive a report of these Fall grades until after New Year's Day (in other words...maybe Ke'shan took a required series of foreign language courses, but did not get a good enough grade for the latest/most recent class).

Also, perhaps Wisconsin admissions is possibly working to see if Pennamon can take care of any deficiencies (whether it's a foreign language deficiency or something else) during this current semester or over an extra Summer 2016 Semester at community college?

UW had same issue with basketball star Stone now at UMd. Wanted to see more grades with upward trend. He said screw that--went to UMd for a year or two. Same with some others at MSU etc.

You picked 2 examples no matter how smart or stupid these guys are they were going Ivy.
I have been to both Rutgers and Harvard and with all the money/family nepotism at Harvard and except for the few super smart students RU is on a par (not staff but students). I have know about 6 true renaissance men 2 were from Harvard and 2 were from Rutgers.

Yup, that's the point! The Ivy's admit the smart and/or the dumb but connected student. RU does not admit the dumb.
